Use Pinterest to Market Your Business

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center presents “Use Pinterest to Market Your Business”. Denise Brooks presents the ins-and-outs of Pinterest, a social networking website.  This class provides small business owners the skills needed to maintain their presence on Pinterest. Topics that will be discussed include: Dos and Don’ts, Staying up-to-date with current trends, Creating pictures to pin in a few minutes, Organization, and How to encourage redirection to your company’s website from Pinterest. Denise has first-hand experience in the process of moving a business online, including the use of WordPress to design websites, expanding a business through the use of online sales, utilizing online advertisements and pay per click (PPC), and allowing customers to review a business in order to improve its online reputation. She studied at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, where she mastered the use of databases and computer programming and is the Alexis Information Systems which is a team of technology professionals dedicated to finding the latest solutions.
