FAYETTEVILLE –Saturday, Nov. 23rd is the 20th Annual Lights of the Ozarks Parade. This event is organized by University of Arkansas meetings, events, and convention management students in conjunction with the Fayetteville Visitors Bureau. About 400,000 Christmas lights that have been hung around the Fayetteville square will be switched on at 6 p.m. to mark the beginning of the annual parade. All are invited to come and usher in the holiday season with the parade, lights, vendors, music, and more. The parade will circle the Fayetteville square and Mountain and Center Streets.
The organizers are still accepting parade entries, vendors, and sponsors for the event night. Registration packets can be picked up at the Fayetteville Visitors Bureau at 21 South Block Suite 100, Fayetteville, AR 72701.
